Must read for anyone concerned about impeachment:

Last night on Laura Ingraham, Alan Dershowitz said something that all anons need to know about – impeachment is doomed AS A MATTER OF LAW.

Because POTUS committed no "high crimes and misdemeanors," there can simply be a motion filed with the Chief Justice during any impeachment trial to dismiss the impeachment bill (or whatever it is called). While many characterize impeachment as a "political question" not subject to judicial review, the question of "high crimes and misdemeanors" is a legal question and "[I]t is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is."

So, be my guest, Maxine Waters, Elizabeth Warren (law professor???), et al.: show everyone how stupid you are.
