NSA targeting system now deployed on Mexican border, leaked docs reveal

A top-secret NSA targeting system which dramatically increased the civilian death toll in Afghanistan and Iraq has made its way back home, according to leaked documents boasting of its use on the US-Mexico border.

The RT-RG targeting system, which sucks up and processes hundreds of millions of phone and internet records per day in order to “find, fix and finish” enemy combatants, has been deployed on the US’ southern border since 2010, according to documents leaked by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden.

When NSA agents gave a presentation at the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) in 2008, the Drug Enforcement Administration, one of 21 law enforcement agencies with a presence at the center, dropped everything to get its hands on an RT-RG of its own.

Corporate Tyranny: Netflix, Disney Threaten Georgia Over Abortion Ban [Update: Major Studios Pile On]

Netflix this week threatened to pull out of Georgia over their newly-passed anti-abortion law and said they're going to "work with the ACLU and others" to "fight" the law in court.

So far actors and production companies have been the most vocal about a controversial Georgia anti-abortion law, but now Netflix has entered the conversation.

In an exclusive statement to Variety, Ted Sarandos, Netflix's chief content officer, said "We have many women working on productions in Georgia, whose rights, along with millions of others, will be severely restricted by this law."

"It's why we will work with the ACLU and others to fight it in court. Given the legislation has not yet been implemented, we'll continue to film there, while also supporting partners and artists who choose not to," Sarandos said. "Should it ever come into effect, we'd rethink our entire investment in Georgia."

Twitter Bans Analyst Who Revealed Antifa Connections With Journalists

Twitter banned a researcher dedicated to mapping out AntiFa’s connections to journalists and the SPLC.

Former teacher and analyst Eoin Lenihan has been banned from Twitter after revealing major links between so-called "anti-extremism" campaigners and the hard-left AntiFa group.

Lenihan published his findings in Quillette, revealing links between journalists who write for the the Guardian newspaper, HuffPost, Al Jazeera, and various other publications to the hard left group.

Lenihan was suspended early Wednesday morning, prompting speculation about the ban.

Andy Ngo, a Wall Street Journal contributor and editor at Quillette, alleges that Lenihan was suspended following mass reports by members of AntiFa on Twitter.

Netflix Continues Production In Egypt, Where Abortion Is Illegal, While Considering Georgia Boycott Over ‘Heartbeat’ Bill

Netflix plans to step up production in the Middle East, notably Jordan and Egypt, where abortion is illegal, after mulling a company boycott in Georgia on account of the “heartbeat” abortion bill.

Netflix’s Chief Content Officer, Ted Sarandos, stated, Tuesday, that the company would “rethink” its Georgia investments if the “heartbeat” abortion bill takes effect.

Netflix’s expressed reluctance to produce content in regions with strong anti-abortion laws seemingly does not extend to the Middle East, where recently the company has been ramping up the number of undertaken projects, according to Variety.

India With 5.8 % GDP Slips to Five-Year Low, Falls Behind China

The latest installment of the Call of Duty franchise ‘Modern Warfare’ hopes to add newfound realism to the game, highlighting the “morally gray” side of modern proxy wars, but so far it seems to be more ‘oorah’ Western propaganda.

According to early media previews, the new first-person shooter will take place in the fictional Middle Eastern country Urzikstan and will be inspired by the Kurdish YPG’s fight against so-called Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in the Syrian civil war. So far, so good? Not quite.

Having previously sided with terrorists to indiscriminately execute civilians in a false flag attack at Moscow airport earlier in the franchise players can now take up arms alongside Western-backed, alleged Al-Qaeda affiliates the White Helmets.

“There’s this whole other side of war today that is real, that’s happening, and to ignore it or not cover it felt like it would be a terrible, terrible omission,” game writer Taylor Kurosaki told the LA Times. “It wouldn’t be doing justice to the unintended victims in these wars and the unsung heroes of these wars.”

The White Helmets feature twice in the game’s trailer: firstly, when they come under attack from presumably Russian aircraft while they are among civilians in a town square and secondly, when they are helping an injured civilian on a stretcher.

CNN’s New 90 Day Wait Period For Paychecks Has Freelance Producers Outraged

Not content with only tanking in the TV ratings, former news giant CNN is now managing to tick off all of the freelancers that they hire across the world by extending payment wait times from an industry standard 30 days to a whopping 90 days. Many of the pieces that air on the news are not filmed by employees of whatever news station is airing it, but instead by independent contractor video producers, also called stringers. The news stations either commission these people to cover certain things or the contractors shop around pieces that they’ve put together on their own merit.

Brad Ingram, who serves as CNN’s “vice president” of their “procure to pay” wing of the “customer care department” sent the letter out the other day, explaining that the new policy takes effect on June 17th.

Social explosion in Iran is in the horizon, News outlets warn Rouhani

Iran, May 30, 2019 - News outlets associated with Iranian regime President Hassan Rouhani camp warn that the outburst of social unrest leading to an uprising is on the horizon. One such news outlet is Ebtekar daily, associated with the camp close to Rouhani. On May 26, Ebtekar warned regime officials of an uprising brewing among the underprivileged and poverty-stricken segment of the society.

In an article titled “The epidemic of poverty”, Ebtekar daily argues that the absolute poverty spreading to a large segment of Iran’s society is both frightening and unbelievable.

“During past decades, the monster known as poverty lived only in the boundaries of major cities such as Tehran, Mashhad, Tabriz, Isfahan, Ahvaz, and Shiraz. Yet nowadays, this monstrous infection has spread to every city and province across the country and has occupied a major portion of beltways around cities, taking control over these areas out of the hands of city authorities. These mushroom type shantytowns are lacking the very basic necessities such as sanitary infrastructures, education for children, hospitals, medical care centers, clinics and etc… In addition to these deficiencies, malnutrition, unlivable housings, colossal unemployment and … can be seen from the reflection on people’s faces,” Ebtekar wrote.

“The threat posed by the accumulation of people sharing the same social injustice and pain and economic disadvantages into larger and organized gatherings is hanging over our heads. People who share the same misery in life will eventually join hands and will someday, not in the too distant future, will sweep the rug from under our feet,” the daily added.

‘Baaaaaaaaa bye & good riddance’: Philippines sends thousands of tons of trash back to Canada

The Philippines started returning dozens of shipping containers full of garbage to Canada on Friday. The move could possibly end a six-year dispute between the two countries.

Sixty-nine containers holding some 2,500 tons of household waste (including plastic bottles, bags, newspapers and diapers) were loaded overnight onto a vessel at the port of Subic, northwest of Manila. The containers left on Friday for a month-long journey to the Canadian city of Vancouver.

“Baaaaaaaaa bye, as we say it… The garbage is gone, good riddance,” Philippines Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin wrote on Twitter, posting images of the leaving vessel.

Three years ago a Philippines court declared the import of 2,400 tons of Canadian waste illegal. It had been mislabeled as plastics for recycling. Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte then ordered that the waste be shipped back, threatening to dump it in front of Canada’s embassy in Manila, or personally sail with the waste and leave it in Canadian waters. “Let’s fight Canada. I will declare war against them,” he said.

U.K. Hits “Open Borders” Highs – 600,000 Migrants Arrive In Just One Year

On the heels of the Lyon terrorist attack that happened last Friday, with Mohamed Hichem M. confessing to the crime and pledging allegiance to ISIS, new statistics show that over a quarter million migrants entered Britain than refugees that left.

On top of that, The U.K. granted asylum or resettlement to 17,304 people – an increase over the previous year.

Despite this, 99,000 EU citizens still came to the U.K. long-term to work in 2018, a level similar to 2012. We are also seeing the number of skilled work visas for non-EU citizens increasing, although overall non-EU work-related immigration has remained broadly stable.

Vice chairman of Migration Watch U.K. Alp Mehmet claims that net migration remains at more than a quarter of a million, very abnormal and high. During 2018, nearly 75,000 more people entered than departed. The trend continues to rise and increase with each passing year. Mehmet says “The clear message in these figures for the next Prime Minister is that they must make it a priority to deliver on the government’s pledge to reduce immigration levels by a lot, in line with the public’s wishes”
