Just heard on a radio squawk business group planning on suing Trump Admin over tariffs, of course. Are there Chinese subsidiaries in Mexico? Would these businesses be affiliated with the Chinese in the US perhaps also subsidiary status? Not biz or tech anon. Just wondering if Chinese businesses have been allowed to have US subsidiaries, and if the trade war has moved to the courts.
