FLASHBACK: Clinton Foundation Investigators Say HUBER Lost Their Evidence — Had to Send It 3 Times — Huber Never Even Looked at it

The House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations held a hearing on Capitol Hill on the Clinton Foundation in December 2018.

Mark Meadows (R-NC), the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, led the hearing. Two Clinton Foundation whistleblowers spoke at the hearing. Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch also testified.

Meadows told the audience at the beginning of the hearing that the Department of Justice was unwilling to make John Huber available for the hearing.

Huber was assigned months ago by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to investigate several controversies linked to Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates testified before the congressional committee in December.

Witness John Moynihan and witness Lawrence Doyle accused the Clinton Foundation of using funding in the Clinton Health Initiative for trips and expenditures for personal use.

The witnesses told the committee they had to send their evidence to the Huber investigation THREE TIMES because they kept losing it.

What the hell is going on with this Huber investigation?

The Huber investigative team suddenly became interested in the evidence when they heard the two men were going before Congress.

Rep. Meadows: Why do you think Mr. Huber waited until November 30th to call you about 4 letters you had sent prior?

Mr. Moynihan: I don’t know.

Rep. Meadows: Do you think it might have had to do with you coming here to testify?… They were fully aware because we had asked them to come and be a witness at this particular hearing. Then all of the sudden you get a phone call from what, Mr. Huber’s second in command. Is that correct?

Mr. Moynihan: He was clearly the assistant US Attorney dealing directly with Mr. Huber.

Rep. Meadows: Well I find it just very coincidental that on November 30th, a few days before the hearing, after we notified them that we wanted them to come testify that all of the sudden they would start following up. So Mr. Doyle what did they say about the documents that you had provided them?

They lost the first two set of documents that were sent to them.

Rep. Meadows: So you’re telling me that on November 30th they called you back and they couldn’t find the first two submissions you had made to the Department of Justice and Mr. Huber? That they wanted you to send them again? That’s what you’re telling me?

Mr. Doyle: We’re concluding that ourselves. That’s what we’re concluding.

On Friday Attorney General Bill Barr, who replaced Jeff Sessions, told CBS News that John Huber had NEVER EVEN STARTED his investigation.

They never looked at anything.

It was all a dog-and-pony show by Jeff Sessions.

‘Where is the evidence?’ Malaysian PM says attempts to pin MH17 downing on Russia lack proof

Malaysia has accepted the Dutch report that a ‘Russian-made’ missile shot down its civilian airliner MH17 over eastern Ukraine in 2014, but has yet to see evidence it was fired by Russia, said Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.

“They are accusing Russia but where is the evidence?” Mahathir told reporters at the Japanese Foreign Correspondents Club (FCCJ) in Tokyo on Thursday.

“You need strong evidence to show it was fired by the Russians,” the prime minister went on, according to the Malaysian state news agency Bernama. “It could be by the rebels in Ukraine; it could be Ukrainian government because they too have the same missile.”

Malaysian Airlines flight MH17, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, was shot down over eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014 – amid heavy fighting between residents of two eastern regions who rejected the February coup in Kiev and troops dispatched by the Western-backed government to suppress them.

All 283 passengers and 15 crew members on board the Boeing-777 were killed. Kiev immediately blamed Russia for the incident, and most Western media uncritically agreed.

Cop Guilty on Multiple Charges of Repeatedly Raping 5yo Girl—Will NOT Go to Jail

Honolulu, HI — For years, the Free Thought Project has been reporting on case after case of police officers caught raping, molesting, and abusing their victims. All too often, these officers are let off with little to no punishment. Many of these officers were caught sexually abusing children only to be let loose in society after flexing their blue privilege. In the instance below, that is exactly what happened as a Honolulu cop will avoid any time behind bars despite multiple child sexual assault charges.

Disgraced Honolulu officer Teddy O. Van Lerberghe, 45, flexed his blue privilege this month when he reached a deal with prosecutors guaranteeing he will not go to jail.

According to court documents, in 2017, Van Lerberghe was indicted on multiple counts of first- and third-degree sexual assault. According to the indictment, the abuse took place for years on victim(s) as young five-years-old.

Four of the charges were Class A felonies carrying mandatory 20-year prison terms.

Van Lerberghe initially pleaded not guilty, but he changed his plea to no contest earlier this month after reaching a disgustingly lenient deal with prosecutors.

As Hawaii News Now points out, felony sex assault charges usually carry long prison terms, but the 45-year-old only faces five years probation when he’s sentenced in August.

Despite facing over 100 years behind bars for all the charges, the seven major felony charges he faced were reduced to four Class B felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison and three Class C felonies punishable by up to five years in prison.

Even though the lesser charges all carried multiple years behind bars, prosecutors still let him off, essentially scot free.

Van Lerberghe will also have to register as a sex offender for life — something he’s probably not too worried about considering he just escaped decades behind bars for raping a child.

The lack of punishment for this rapist public servant was so egregious, that the Honolulu Department of the Prosecuting Attorney has stated that they will not even comment on it until after Van Lerberghe is sentenced by a judge in August, spokesman Brooks Baehr said, well after the little media coverage his case received dies off.

White Helmets and ‘Russian’ nerve gas: New Call of Duty trailer is modern propaganda at its finest

The latest installment of the Call of Duty franchise ‘Modern Warfare’ hopes to add newfound realism to the game, highlighting the “morally gray” side of modern proxy wars, but so far it seems to be more ‘oorah’ Western propaganda.

According to early media previews, the new first-person shooter will take place in the fictional Middle Eastern country Urzikstan and will be inspired by the Kurdish YPG’s fight against so-called Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in the Syrian civil war. So far, so good? Not quite.

Having previously sided with terrorists to indiscriminately execute civilians in a false flag attack at Moscow airport earlier in the franchise players can now take up arms alongside Western-backed, alleged Al-Qaeda affiliates the White Helmets.

“There’s this whole other side of war today that is real, that’s happening, and to ignore it or not cover it felt like it would be a terrible, terrible omission,” game writer Taylor Kurosaki told the LA Times. “It wouldn’t be doing justice to the unintended victims in these wars and the unsung heroes of these wars.”

In this case unsung heroes are dodgy “aid workers” with a chequered past, shadowy backers and extremist friends.

The designers reportedly name-checked both the ‘Last Men in Aleppo’ and the Academy Award-winning ‘White Helmets’ documentaries at a preview of the game at Infinity Ward’s Los Angeles headquarters recently.

The White Helmets feature twice in the game’s trailer: firstly, when they come under attack from presumably Russian aircraft while they are among civilians in a town square and secondly, when they are helping an injured civilian on a stretcher.

Meanwhile, according to media reports, players will assume the role of Farah Karim, a Middle Eastern woman with a traumatic past who has been fighting her whole life. However, her origin story pushes the boundaries of the grotesque and the obscene.

In one flashback mission we learn that Karim’s home town was destroyed by evil, apparently Russian, drone strikes. Rescuers attempt to free our protagonist from the rubble using power tools and eventually succeed before the merciless baddies (Russians) proceed to airstrike the same location a second time.

Private company resumes construction of the border wall

The company had been ordered to stop construction on Wednesday

A private company has restarted construction of a half-mile section of border wall in Sunland Park, New Mexico, after being ordered on Wednesday to stop due to permit issues.

What's the background?

After Congress refused to give President Donald Trump the funding he requested for the construction of a border wall, We Build The Wall started a GoFundMe campaign to privately fund the project and raised more than $23 million.

On Monday, company founder Brian Kolfage announced that his company had begun construction on part of the wall. But two days later, the mayor of the city that included the construction site, Sunland Park, New Mexico, had ordered the company to immediately stop construction.

Sunland Park Mayor Javier Perea said the city had "not provided any permits" and had "not approved of the construction that has gone up already." The company itself claimed that it had already submitted all proper permits, but the city contested that.

Without offering proof, Kolfage accused city leaders of stopping the project because they had been "paid off" to "lie and shut down the wall project" by Mexican cartels.

However, by Thursday, the issues seemed to have been resolved.

"WINNING!" Kolfage wrote in a tweet on Thursday "@WeBuildtheWall was given the green light yesterday afternoon by the city of Sunland Park to resume construction, and our permits were re-issued. From the start We Build The Wall, Inc complied with all regulations as required by law as we stated."

Kolfage told the Texas Tribune that the current section of the wall his company was working on would cost between $6 million and $8 million.

After the company failed for months to give updates about the project's progress despite raising millions of dollars, it faced accusations that it had scammed donors. Kolfage would later say that the reason he had not updated donors was because "powerful people want to stop our progress" and he didn't want to "tip anyone off."

The Fawlty Towers and Monty Python star dredged up previous comments he made about the UK capital losing its sense of Englishness, tweeting that the observation has since been confirmed by virtually all his friends from abroad.

“Some years ago I opined that London was not really an English city any more. Since then, virtually all my friends from abroad have confirmed my observation. So there must be some truth in it… I note also that London was the UK city that voted most strongly to remain in the EU.

Needless to say the controversial remarks have loosed a maelstrom of responses on the social network withmany rushing to tell the 79-year-old why he is wrong.

David Aaronovitch, a columnist with the Times, sought to give Cleese a brief history and geography lesson: “London has long been a British city, John. Which you might expect, what with it being the capital.”

However numerous people supported Cleese’s views: “The texture and fabric of life in London is not quintessentially English. And many ethnic English outside of London all say the same thing,” author Thomas Clements responded.

Some noted that Cleese’s observations were a clear-cut case of confirmation bias while others noted the comedian’s comments were supported by the facts on the ground. Pauls Joseph Watson wrote: “Over 41% of London’s population is foreign born. London also has the second highest foreign-born population of any city in the world. London is clearly the least “English” city in England. Cleese is merely stating a reality that anyone who lives in London understands.”

Cleese has been vociferous in his support for Brexit. Explaining why he voted Leave, he said: “I don’t want to be ruled by Brussels bureaucrats who want to create a super state.”

Hillary Clinton to give keynote speech at cybersecurity summit (yes, really)

Former Secretary of State and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will deliver a guest speech at an upcoming cybersecurity conference. Yes, the same Hillary Clinton who kept confidential emails on an unsecured server.

Clinton will deliver a keynote speech at the cybersec summit in October, organized by the security firm FireEye. After her speech, Clinton will take part in a Q&A discussion with FireEye CEO Kevin Mandia on the “geopolitical landscape and its implications for global cyber security today.”

The announcement was met with howls of laughter online. After all, it’s not like Clinton stored mountains of classified emails – including scores marked ‘secret’ and ‘top secret’ – on an unsecure server in her basement during her tenure as Secretary of State. Oh no, wait, she did.

“People are going to pay between $795 and $2000 to listen to a presentation(mostly coughing) from a person who was hacked by everyone on Earth,” jibed Carpe Donktum, a pro-Trump meme-maker.
