there are of course many reasons.
my favorite is that it's a 'troll' to see who 'agrees' with it so as to 'know' who they 'are'.
there are lot of other conjectures too but that one makes it less discusting.
also: if you ad-block the images they usually recycle them so you won't see them bread to bread then. Makes it more comfy.

he's bored and he's having fun and he does pod casts and he's basically just someone real who might be a psyop but def a real person so . . .
he's a canary in the coal mine.
You can larp that maybe he's a bit manic, but all in all he is represents someone who says difficult truths and has no filter.
so he's is a person who is easy to bash. and those who do are noted because people don't agree with the crap he says about some of the things, but we do agree that he's a fine young man who deserves a good future and more time to learn.
