"HORSHAM, Pa (CBS) – A former pastor from Hatboro, Pennsylvania, is facing multiple counts of child exploitation charges after he was indicted on Friday. According to officials, Jerry Zweitzig is the former pastor of the Horsham Bible Church.

Federal authorities say the 71-year-old’s charges include enticing a minor to engage in illicit sexual conduct and possession of child pornography.

Zweitzig could be facing up to 170 year in prison if he is found guilty."

"A former Hamburg School District teacher who pleaded guilty two months ago to having an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old student was charged Thursday with continuing to have contact with the student, Berks County detectives said Friday.

Holly Anne Smith, 48, of Shenandoah, was charged with unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility, obstruction of the administration of law or other governmental function, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and intimidation, retaliation or obstruction in child abuse cases.

Berks County detectives said they received information on May 15 that Smith was continuing to “secretly communicate with the victim” through text messages."
