If a company is publisher, they have the right to choose which content is visible, but are liable for any illegal content. If a company is a platform, they DO NOT have the right to choose which content is visible, and they are NOT liable for for any illegal content. Social media companies are mixing the rights of a publisher with the freedom from liability of a platform. This is what will take them down.
