He was on standby if Horowitz had any referrals from his FISA investigation. Barr also essentially said that Huber has not had to do much there lately and has handed that off to Durham. Translation imo; Horowitz gave him referrals some time ago, otherwise, what would you handoff. The FISA report is likely done and has probably been so for awhile. Look at the recent OIG report that was just released to the public, it was from June 2018. And Huber is wrapping up HRC stuff. If Paul Sperry’s earlier twat was correct that Horowitz was also looking into CF and U1 and Huber is almost done, I’d say Horowitz’s report on the last two has possibly concluded.
