Boatfag update: CAP PATTON enroute from Oakland to Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico. Tracks for CAP PASLEY, CAP PALMERSTON, and CAP PALLISER are over 14 hours old. One might assume they knew they were being watched. I harken back to the days of the "Skunk Log" and the JOTS/OTCIXS. AIS may be off, but that would only make a vessel more of interest to any USN in the area.
