Question…
So if the crimes were so bad by the DS, why are we waiting for "reports"?
If the OIG/DOJ KNOW for a fact that crimes were comitted, why not be swift about it? In what investigation does there have to be a "report" filed before people can be prosecuted. I'm no expert but I assumed that as soon as they have the case/evidence…they arrest.
Why is so much emphasis being put on these reports? And shouldn't the length of time it's taking to compile these reports concern everyone considering how long it took Horowitz to compile the last report that let just about everyone off the hook?
