I've read the book of Job several times.
Sometimes God asks rhetorical questions.
How do we catch our kid in a lie.
Ask them a question that we already know the answer to.
You need to read between the lines.
When Job questions God, God puts Job in his place by saying to Job; who are you to question to creator of the universe.
