That's pretty interesting. I know a former employer of mine (3M) makes some of their products in China. They also have been accused of selling a defective product (hearing protection) though I don't know if the hearing protection was manufactured in China. It makes me wonder 2 things: Does making products in China open manufacturers to risk of counterfeiting more than manufacturing here in the US? Are Chinese "counterfeiters" sometimes just avoiding middle men to sell at greater profit? Of course, your story involves military equipment which by law was not supposed to have been manufactured in China, but I will admit I am very eager to see manufacturing taken out of China and returned to the US and other countries without the communist/globalist/NWO surveillance culture that seems characteristic of China right now. I will be praying for the many Christians and others facing persecution in China.

I agree with you. American tolerance and compassion have been maxxed out. When the manufacturing started moving, I was aware that working with China had its dangers. Unfortunately I got caught up in the belief that "good jobs" were being provided to people in less fortunate situations over seas. Now I understand that ordinary people WW were getting fleeced by the cabal. The light bulbs are a HUGE issue for me. The LED/fluorescent mercury crap promises much (long life! and low cost) but they either contain MERCURY or off gas to the point I won't use them. Good old GE made in USA incandescent is what I want. I've resorted to buying incandescent from a health food store at something like $6.50 a bulb..made in CHINA.
