Virginia's port board unanimously agreed Tuesday to award its CEO and executive director, John Reinhart, an annual bonus of more than $200,000 for 2018.
Added to his salary, the bonus puts Reinhart among the top-paid port executives on the East Coast, and likely the nation.
Reinhart's base pay is about $463,500, up from $450,000
