Can an LEOfag please explain to us what next steps in the process of James Comey’s eventual incarceration looks like?

I’m not well-versed in legal shit: I know people throw around indictments, sealed indictments, and so on. But if JC (or anyone involved in the take down of 45 for that matter) is already under sealed indictment, can they now be arrested at a moments notice?

I want to see all of them being walked out in handcuffs, similar to Aaron Hernandez, but am checking with you all to make sure my expectations are set properly.

If it’s not the perpwalk, I won’t be heartbroken, but if that isn’t the next step here, what is?

Thanks homos

Do you believe a prosecutor could prove criminal intent here?

When you consider Comey’s dereliction re: Steele Dossier >FISA, doesn’t that meet the criminal threshold?

Again, not my area so any consideration here would be most appreciated. Thanks
