Non-lawfag acknowledges that the House can impeach on …………..high crimes and (high) misdemeanors. What if there are no high crimes or misdemeanors? What if there are no crimes at all?

Non-lawfag anon says that would be purely political, Congress overthrowing the elected President just because they want to. That would be a battle (war) between the Legislative & Executive branches.

Says the SC (3rd branch) must perform its responsibility and tell the House that they don't have the Constitutional authority to do that.
