Boatfag has spotted a vessel off the Mexican coast calling itself DICHA UNO and lists current voyage as Ensenada,Mexico to Tema, Ghana. Here's the weird: Listed on some sites as a fishing vessel (IMO and MMSI numbers come up as a laid up fishing vessel named NO.1 KAO) and others as either a SAR aicraft or a Wing-in-ground-effect. Quite a voyage for a mere fishing boat. Something smells here.
