Some interesting finds on BOOM from reddit.

BOOM could be "Bits on our Mind" a tech contest from the university of Cornell ( logo looks like an owl) The event's sponsors includes huge globalist corporations such as disney.

And there's more, looking at the 2017 projects this was found; The >>March Madness<< Kaggle model. What is Kaggle? It's a site that hosts algorithm/code writing competitions.

Lets take a look at the entries shall we?

There are a lot of entries that raises the eye from "detecting toxcicity on message boards online"

They also had competition in which they wanted an algorithm that could identify the driver of the car just from his driving style etc! I'm sure there's a lot more.

Could it be that they use students/contests to write algorithms that they can use with their censorship/identification tools?
