True
However in certain circumstances when relating a personal story/medical story that is relevant or life knowledge, sometimes anons need to disclose their age or their sex or work skills.
They are still anon because they are not namefagging.
I have spent time when telling a story here, to make sure that the sex of me or indivdual is not told.
I usually try to use terms like spouse anon, or family member if the sex of the person is not relevant to the story.
And if it story does involve the person's sex then i will say friend or family member and tell story from different perspective as to not dox what sex i am.
I personally don't care if anons mention what age they are or sex, they can do whatever they want, i'm not their boss, and this is America.
If they feel it is a relevant point to bring up for context, then WHATEVER, KEK
Frankly i don't give a damn.
I still try as much as possible to retain full anon status for myself, but what others do is not my business.
