Barr on Obstruction of Justice

The only reasonably, logical and legal explanation for Mueller's failure to make a determination on obstruction is that Mueller and his team were unable to dispel any and all reasonable doubts on whether one or more of the necessary elements of the crime of obstruction were established. It was incumbent upon Mueller to state this conclusion in his Report. Mueller's failure to do so can only be attributed to political considerations. This was a dereliction of duty which AG Barr was only too kind to state plainly.
