I think when Q repeats something, it's about double meanings or multiple purposes. It's not just that it's important. Did the same thing with Merkel, migrants and assets, of which we know are there for multiple purposes also.

So iny my view the funding pre-politics occured not only for 'him' being able to connect to big time connected people, gain their trust etc. and leaving him enough space to build relationships to the already wealthy, but to build up a functional underground, sort of grass roots, criminal organization to undertake a coup from within with Alinsky-style group organism all over the US. Teachers, community organizers, people within CPUSA and all these fuckers to build up momentum right from the start with pre-printed signs, well equipped infrastructure that doesn't look just like shiddy commies doin their thang, bribing officials, bribing church leaders, building up groups of door knockers and people who would register voters later on..you know..all this shit. i think it's all about building an professional infrastructure.
