everything the keto/intermittent fasting anon said, but i would add one more thing and that is probiotics…yogurt, milk kefir, fermented foods like sauerkraut and pickles, acv with some water or juice to keep you gut healthy. you are on the right track. some light to moderate exercise is fine, but if you do more you are expending energy that will cause you to be more hungry…so easy on the exercise when losing weight. stay focused. get on chatroom where everyone is in the same boat. it helps to commiserate together. put pictures of yourself on your frig, the good and the bad to remind you before you open that door. get all the bad food out of your kitchen. popcorn is your friend on those terrible days. low car tortillas are your best friend. i buy "maria & ricardo's tortillas" (3 carbs each) about 10 pkgs at a time. i'm competing with someone in my grocery store so i load up when i can. i also eat a crazy amount of eggs in every possible way. add parsley and cilantro to your food everyday. it will help to get the toxins and heavy metals out of your body. a chopped hardboiled egg on a toasted tortilla with some chipotle mayo and hot sauce can save the day. good luck anon. you can do it. live your best life
