Is this a meme, or just mean?

The allegation has been made that a photo of Jesse James and Donald Trump has them showing 'devil horns'.
Here is why that is not what it means:
1: the devil horns sign the hand is the other way around. the the palm would be facing away from the person. Donald and Jesse have it facing forward.

The devil horns sign is given with one hand. Donald and Jesse use two hands.
there are other meanings, of course, and what those gentle men meant? maybe 'rock-n-rol' .

no, that doesn't work.
The inappropriate closeup is always a gross out unless you like the person or they are presented favoribly.
I like to meme faces of people who glow with a joy and a light of hope, or a sense of repentance and awareness.
You got the double entendre thing, though, and that's often hard to do. Here is another one I did that shows me in one of my less aware 'knee jerk meming' sensibilities that I can sometimes fall into.

the part I think you could fix in your presentation is that you don't 'dominate' the powers and dominions that tormented you before, you walk away from them.
