No… No. Knights are not referred to as "castles." By anyone. Ever. Castling is a move in which a Rook and a King swap places with each other. It can only be done if there are no other pieces in the way. The only thing a Knight has to do with castling is that he has to get out of the way. Rooks could be called "Castles", since the Rook piece is a turret\tower. But no one has ever called the Knight a "castle".

But Soph (or whoever writes her material) has a very advanced understanding of the world we're living in, and has been able to very effectively articulate her understanding as it relates to her position as a teenager attending public school.
