Well Washington in General, military and so on, seem to use them. When researching a systems Security guy that left a message there I found instances of him and all his systems buddies working with youth groups and passing them between each other for personal challenges. The guy had a pretty large group of contractors that he associated with. Anyway I kinda left that rabbit hole alone. Also found one lady on there that had a follow from a verified Obama Account. He doesn't follow many.
