Medicalrecordfag here..they read somewhat accurately but the diagnoses usually aren’t capitalized and I spot a typo in the body of the report. The heading “present complaint” would also most likely use medical lingo..like syncope. I’m also not sure records would be leaked without some serious repercussions. I was here back in Dec and said the same thing..privacy laws prohibit just anyone getting access to the records and that’s just Joe or Jane Doe.
