A lot of good comes from both places.
we don't need to be taken advantage of.
We don't need their stuff, true.
but we like it, we don't mind it. We recognize both Chinese and Mexican excellence in many different products.
We want them to follow safely and product guidelines. WE don't want them putting us all out of business. And we don't like being taken advantage of.
Many things made in China are designed in the United States of America.
And some of the most wonderful and best looking Americans are Mexican Americans. (that is a bit of a troll to say 'you so fine' to someone nice)
you got a lot hills and mountains in California. If the dam breaks here is somehting you can learn from, say, the State of Maine: go to high ground.
keep track of everyone. Stay safe.
Don't drive through flooded roadways. Never drive through flowing water.

wait for the next time.
there are major flood in the North East all the time. People simply move to high ground when they happen. And the part that gets really damaged? they often say 'well we won't rebuild there'.
