You are on a board saturated with disinformation from every agency and NGO unknown to man. Rest assured that most of the ignorance is probably deliberate or, at the very least, a practiced character trait.
Plus - the cue from POTUS seems to be to make Mueller the most confusing and vexing individual in the history of American politics, so even those who do get it are likely to be playing along with the good cop/bad cop routine.
If I had to guess, it would be that Mueller was testing a sample of Uranium intercepted in Iran or North Korea. The results would have come back that it was Uranium sold from U1 to a subsidiary in Russia that was later exported to Iran for refinement (remember Stuxnet?).
There are a few problems here, how much Hillary/Obama and company knew and when… WHEN the Uranium was mined/sold versus when the U1 deal was authorized… Etc.
Remember that Hillary "was already investigated" for Uranium One and it was found to be "no fault of hers" - IE - it was all pawned off on the advisory council. If anyone would be in the ringer for U1 - it would be Mueller… As far as the public record is concerned.
Which is why he will face charges - which is where declass comes in for his defense team and allows proof of records to show that Hillary/Obama were in the loop and overstepped their bounds (or forced the hands of their subordinates).
But I am kind of just reading the flow of destiny, here - my access to facts is relatively limited. So take it for the seat-of-pants speculation it is.
