the software allows a territory in defined parameters. within territory agents are populated. for each kind of agent, interaction parameters are defined to govern encounters with other agents in the territory over the course of simulation. multiple types of agents simply necessitates distinct parameters for each kind. from there set conclusion definition (e.g. in epidemiology sims it could be end iff : all infected ~ or vector halted.) enter number of runs the system should make using the simulation (repeat it 1000 times)…. and after crunching the run throughs it will spit out outcome 1 : n% / outcome 2: 100-n% etc….
