He might be talking about "alternate parallel realities" which may be fractally structured. The conventional idea of time travel is along a linear past-present-future time sequence. Fractal time allows for more than one time dimension, side-stepping.

He also mentioned the role of consciousness. The reality fractal already exists in potential form; which branch is experienced is a matter of conscious intention.

I wonder whether the main purpose of QAnon has been to focus the intention of thousands of passionate patriots toward a desirable branch of reality. The key quality of consciousness that attracts a reality is expectation, which would be the result of total belief that what QAnon writes is real.

>Expectation can be rooted in ignorance

Indeed, and the current state of the world is a result of that.

>They expected her to win.

They did. But we had stronger intention. The focused, coherent intention of even a small group of people can outweigh the intention of the masses.

>I feel that the use of that force is to discover things that cannot be expected. When I expect an outcome, I am usually surprised in one way or another, when I am open to more possibilities, that's when the pieces come together, and I am able to understand what has happened.

I get the best results when my expectations are abstract rather than concrete. "Justice will be served" is more abstract vs. a concrete expectation such as "she will be jailed in Gitmo for treason". The more abstract the expectation is, the more likely the concrete details of the reality will be unexpected, even unimaginable. Concrete expectations are limiting. QAnon has inspired both types of expectations. My favorite abstract Q drop is "A beautiful brave new world lies ahead."
