If I'm on my game I can easily knock down 15-20 posts in a fast bread. Given the speed of breads since the Captcha Incident, 21 posts could easily be merely 7/hr, which is about 1/9minutes, which isn't even chatty.
While most iterations of eBot are purely annoying when in machine gun mode, there are many anons who are capable of engaging coherently multiple conversations. I find it arrogant in the extreme that you find it necessary and appropriate not only to play traffic cop, but also to set the "speed limit" especially since no anons clamour for a solution
