Subject: POTUS travel pool report 9/ Westminster Abbey/ Tomb of the Unknown Warrior
The president and Mrs. Trump entered Westminster Abbey at 3:06 pm , greeted a line of robed clerics and officials before standing in front of a very large bronze-looking tablet on the floor, ringed with what appear to be the traditional red poppies. The unknown warrior is from World War I.
A memorial wreath from the United States was placed at the foot, and the Trumps both semi-crouched to touch it.
A group of children from the Westminster choir sang behind the couple, who stood, heads slightly bowed, throughout.
They then approached the choir and appeared to greet some of them.
They are now well out of earshot getting a tour.
Seeking names of those they met.
