Adrenochrome harvesting related to Kosher slaughter?

You must kill the animal through ritual. It can't die of natural causes or accidents.

Is that how the harvest the adrenochrone?
I've heard for a long time that kosher (and halal) slaughter are barbaric. Was it to hide how the man who butchered the children for the adrenochrone got to practice before wasting such a precious resource?
I dunno. Could be total bullshit, but it hit me very hard when reading the above twitter thread.
