with any "Obstruction of Justice" plan.
Mueller failed to provide anything in his
Report that could be used as Evidence of OOJ.
If Mueller had evidence of OOJ and did not put it in his Report, then Mueller himself would be Guilty of Obstruction Of Justice !
Both Barr and Rosenstein have said publicly that there is insufficient evidence on OOJ in the Report evidence .
However, the DEms see it as the ONLY thing
that could save them from Disaster = the DECLAS ).
The DEMS are caught between a Rock and a Hard Place . They are going to be
HUMILIATED whatever they decide to do !
