Only down side to that (and I think it's a big one–but I DO get the up side VERY clearly) is that it couldn't be disclosed later… or could it? Meh… I can envision various scenarios. That IS a powerful tactic… but boy oh boy are we in Constitutional crazy-town… but I guess we've been there since like the 1870's or so.
