Mistakes happen
[a lot lately w/ DoD tweets]
Effectively they tweeted that they met with the Commander in Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, when the pictures were of Secretary Mattis meeting with the King, the Supreme Commander of the Defense Force.
What that signifies, I don't know.
