I have watched several times the vids of both toasts at the beginning of the State dinner, and it's completely obvious that the queen clicks the glass on both her and POTUS's toasts but DOES NOT TAKE A SIP, not even brings the glass to her mouth, on POTUS's toast but does so on her toast. She also laughed in his toast when he mentions the great weather ( which the sun made a rare showing today ) workfagged today so might have missed discussion, but did not see it notables. Isn't that an insult?
