That is because there isn't and never will be a 'Muslim Britain' The odd enclave here and there isn't an issue because they are quite literally surrounded by millions and millions of none Muslims. Large numbers in London & Birmingham does not equal Muslim Britain. I don't like Islam and no more do the majority of British people, but so long as they stay in their lane in our secular democracy they are 'tolerated' not loved and not trusted but tolerated. And that is the best Islam can wish for in the UK. Islam has pushed a bit too hard here & way too soon after the massive terrorist attacks to gain much if any sympathy traction. So cool your boots fren, us Brits know how to deal with pushy religion. We are a post reformation country that saw hundreds of thousands burned and hung in our history, it won't be happening again.
