Personal hope is that POTUS, after exposing the fake news offenders tomorrow, proposes a 21st century version of the Fairness Doctrine to make sure all issues are covered by the mainstream media (ahm, CNN and MSNBC). Particularly because of the work being done here, will ensure the corruption is properly covered equally.

I know that this has been historically opposed by conservatives due to it being an obstruction of free speech (transparency: I say this as an independent typically leaning liberal ::ducks::, having been redpilled by the facts). But when today, we have the majority of mainstream media refusing to cover the rampant sick corruption, trafficking, etc… it’s important all voices are heard and POTUS’s solid work to-date isn’t hidden behind media’s bullshit.

1,000% correct that consolidation certainly contributed. Antitrust though would take TIME, years even. Fairness Doctrine stops this (related pic) bullshit much quicker though and is a start to cleaning up the fake news. Again, just my two cents.
