Q is also the one that originally started the chatter of 'why did Mueller meet with POTUS if he couldn't be director again anyway', Q could've told us 18 months ago to that Mueller was bad bad bad. IMO, Q and POTUS needed us to have absolute confidence in POTUS and his presidency for the Plan to move forward, especially at that time. And it was also important for Mueller to finish unobstructed once he started. If Q had been telling us to go after Mueller during his whole investigation and then Q had been tied to POTUS they couldve used that in their obstruction case against POTUS.
