Moss agents posing as security detail implanted Stuxnet virus through USB into Fukushima computers. I figured this out years ago after watching the Ted Talk on the Stuxnet virus. I believe a small bomb went off near the plant that set off the fail safe cooling system of the nuclear reactor. But the stux net virus stopped the cooling system from activating and it created a meltdown.
