Just a reminder to those protocolfags that POTUS is the chief of state of the USA. And, as such, is at least the equal of the British Queen. Nitpicking customs that give deference to the Queen do not apply to a U.S. President. And thinking they do is an insult to our great nation. We do not bow down to any country, especially the British.
