Yeah, no kidding. So what the hell was going on? I mean, I get that we've had all this messed up blurry/not so blurry line between our original Constitutional Law and Admiralty?Maritime Law infesting our land via BS, Washing DC being one of the city states, the US incorporated and such… but was there basically an ongoing struggle within the Navy as to whether it was ours or the UK's?
