That image of Bill Gates COMPLETELY captures (imo, anyway) the insane, evil genius aspect of his endeavors. When you realize the full "vaccinate to exterminate" agenda and you see pictures of him standing, looking all "Great White Savior"-ish among a group of black Africans offering his "life-saving" depopulation injections you see someone who truly seems to have conferred on himself the godlike authority to commit mass murder in the mistaken thought that he knows enough to rule over humanity.
Wow. Wouldn't that be an obvious strategy from Bill Gates and Microsoft: Use their technology to influence opinion and/or attempt to control US politics.

Rocking like that is characteristic of autism. A lot of autism seems to be mercury poisoning and it impacts social behaviors. A person with a brilliant mind but unable to be "connected" to others in a loving way could very much be manipulated to do evil.
