Basically, meaning he has been suspended from practicing law until an official hearing has taken place with involuntary inactive attorney has the right to have his say in said hearing. I know they will disbar him, but he has not officially been disbarred. A miracle could swoop in in his favor and save him From disbarment, but not going to happen.
