I did the every 4 day microdose for about 6-8 weeks… just experimenting. There is a saturation point, which kinda depends on diet/lifestyle, but in the end it was like sending 500 watts to 80 watt lightbulb… Proceed with caution.
There are tables with respect to body weight for a light, med, or heavy trip… I did 1/4 - 1/3 of my body weights requirement for a light trip which was about… 0.2 - 0.3 grams… Yeah I'm kinda trial/error guy… I got what I wanted from it.
