a great example of the brainwashing is what I call 'disneyfication' of wildlife
it isn't all cute & cuddly with happy endings
when city people are confronted with real wildlife situations in 'fly over country' they invariably choose wrong actions
>hunting is wrong, killing animals to eat is wrong, just get your meat at the supermarket
>can't you move the deer crossing sign so the deer cross the road somewhere more safe?
