Hey y'all, I'm sure I'm NOT the only one who noticed that Q has REALLY placed emphasis on the word WORLD lately, which I couldn't figure out. I also noticed Q emphasis WHO 3 times, I thought maybe WWW (worldwide web) but perhaps he's emphasized WHO & WORLD to point to WHO (World Health Organization)?? IDK! All I could find on WHO was the following news:

1 MARCH 2018 | GENEVA - WHO is announcing today a new high-level commission, comprised of heads of state and ministers, leaders in health and development and entrepreneurs. The group will propose bold and innovative solutions to accelerate prevention and control of the leading killers on the planet – noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) like heart and lung disease, cancers, and diabetes.

Hopefully someone else has had better luck with the WORLD!
