not a fan of the opioids, myself, but I've seen people become dependent very quickly. Not like pot or alcohol dependent (mostly unpossible).

Big Pharma is the biggest and most harmful "drug dealer" on the planet. Pay the doctors a kick-back to prescribe, donate to candidates that will protect your "territory", invest in private prisons, get paid. Rinse, repeat.
