A community in Little Rock, Arkansas, has expressed outrage after one of their neighbors hanged a mannequin from a tree and flying a Confederate flag.
The action was caught on tape and as widely shared throughout social media. A reporter for the a local station, Mitchell McCoy, took photos of the mannequin and flag and also confronted the homeowner about the display. She told the reporter her display has nothing to do with race. “Well, hell, I’ll take it down,” she said. “This is a Halloween decoration – a Creeper. You know the movie ‘Jeepers Creepers.'”
The mannequin has reportedly since been removed.
