SBA loans is a large part of Community Development Financial Institutions business. CDFIs are tied to Clinton Global Initiative and big Dem donors. Looks like the SBA is sharking the tree to see what falls out. A little bird tells me some CDFIs are 'redacting' information in their accounting systems regarding Perkins Coue and Anastasi Jellum
